Soci Vanities, Natural Stone and Copper Sink Warranty
Each of our Soci vanities, natural stone and copper sinks are unique and an individual work of art. They will vary in color, pattern and texture. Every item we sell is carefully inspected prior to shipping. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Returned products must be in absolutely unused condition and repacked in the original packaging for refund. Replacement cost excludes transportation and any labor costs. Soci, LP reserves the right to inspect any sink or vanity that has been reported to be defective prior to the replacement of the sink or vanity. This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by this product (some states do not allow such a limitation, so this reference may not apply to you). This warranty is granted solely to the original buyer and is not transferable. No employee or agent is authorized to give warranties on behalf of Soci, LP. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Vitreous China-Limited One Year Sink Warranty
Vitreous China- Soci, LP warrants its sinks to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use for one year. Soci, LP will replace without charge, any sink that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any labor costs for removal or reinstallation. Soci, LP reserves the right to inspect any sink that has been reported to be defective prior to the replacement of the sink. The sink in question must have been solely used as a residential sink and not damaged due to improper care, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or modifications. This warranty will not cover any damages which might be caused by this product (some states do not allow such limitation, so this reference may not apply to you). This warranty is granted solely to the original buyer and is not transferable. Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase. No employee or agent is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of Soci, LP. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.

SociStone
 Soci LP warrants its SociStone sinks to be free of all manufacturing defects under normal use for the life of the sink. Soci, LP will replace without charge, any sink that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement. Replacement costs excludes transportation and any labor costs for removal or reinstallation. Sink must be reported damaged within 3 business days of arrival. Soci, LP reserves the right to inspect any sink that has been reported to be damaged or defective prior to the replacement of the sink. The following conditions are not covered by this warranty: • Chipping • Cuts and Nicks • Freight/Shipping damage • Holes drilled incorrectly • Installation damage • Scratches due to use • Scuff marks burns and heat marks - The sink in question must have been solely used as a residential sink and not damaged due to improper care, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or modifications.
